Training Courses
Knowing basic life support and first aid skills could help save someone's life. Currently 1 in 10 people in the East of England know how to perform CPR - we want to increase this number
The Chain of Survival

Early Access and Recognition
Being able to recognise someone is in cardiac arrest and getting assistance as quickly as possible is the first step to helping them

Early CPR
Performing chests compressions for 30 seconds followed by two breathes can ensure oxygen reaches the brain until a defibrillator arrives

Early Defibrillation
Being confident in using a defibrillator to restart someone's heart is vital. For every minute that the patient is left without defibrillation, their chances of survival decrease by 10%

Early Advanced Care
The delivery of advanced emergency care by the doctors or critical care paramedics who arrive on scene
Our first aid training in the workplace is commercially designed to offer businesses across East Anglia the best possible training for their staff, helping to ensure colleagues – and the local community – have the access to life-saving care whilst waiting for the emergency services to arrive. Forming the chain of survival is crucial for the prospects of our patients.
